Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion for training future generations of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne has three kids along and a wife Leslie.
