David-Muir
David Muir (born August 25 1948) is an American journalist, anchor and reporter. Most well-known is for his show World News Tonight. One of the most watched news programs across America has his thrilling program featuring celebrity gossips animations, animated gestures and video clips. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning series. Prior to joining ABC World News Tonight, it was his primary alternative to his predecessor Diane Sawyer. Many of his primetime ABC News specials include Breaking Point -- Heroin in America as well as Flashpoint - Refugees in America. He has traveled around the world to cover news from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti and the Gulf of Mexico. He was the winner of multiple Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Awards, and other honors from Associated Press.
